Ralph Senn attended high school in Beaumont, Texas and began his rodeo career in 1960. In 1961 and 1962 he was the State Champion Bareback Rider. During his college career in the NIRA Ralph was the 1966 & 1968 Southern Region Bareback Champion.
In the Southwestern Rodeo Association Senn was the 1070 and 1972 Champion Bareback Champion.
In the Old Timers Rodeo Cowboys Association, he was the 1981-85 Champion Bareback Riding Champion, in 1982-84 he was the All-Around Champion and in 1983 & 1985 the Champion Steer Wrestler.
In 1975 Ralph Senn was inducted into the Texas High School Rodeo Association Hall of Fame.
