Justin Maas born in 1975; grew up in the small town of Giddings, Texas, where he still lives. Attended Wharton Jr. College, Wharton Texas.

Once he tried roping, he was hooked.

Started rodeoing at age 12
Started PRCA career in 1996
The only cowboy to with back-to-back PRCA/AQHA Tie Down Horse of the Year Awards, on two different horses!

Rodeo Accomplishments:

8-time qualifier for the National Finals Rodeo (NFR) -1999, 2000, 2003, 2005, 2008, 2009, 2012, and 2013 in Tie Down Roping.
Reserve World Champion Tie Down Roper in 2012
Texas Circuit Finals , 17-time qualifier!
