Jason Jeter started his rodeo career in junior and high school rodeos in North Texas.
Jason was the 1990 AJRA Champion Bareback Rider.
Jason went on to excel in college rodeo for Sam Houston State University.
In 1996, he was the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association Champion Bareback Rider.
Jason went on to the pros winning several big PRCA rodeos including, Denver, Cody, Dodge City, Austin and San Angelo.
Jason qualified for six NFRs (2001-2005, 2007) and he won the average at the National Finals in 2002 winning the second go round and placing in six additional rounds.
Jason finished the 2002 year as the reserve world champion and competed as part of the US Team at the 2002 Salt Lake Olympics.
In 2004, Jason won the PRCA Texas Circuit Bareback Riding title.
