“Goose” Gregg’s career as a bull rider and stock handler spanned from 1959-1997. He is a member of the PRCA and the Central Rodeo Association.v Goose rode bulls from 1959-1974 in open rodeos and was chute boss for the weekly Boyd Texas Rodeo, North Texas High School Rodeo Association, Denton Youth Rodeo and Fair, and many others.
Goose worked as a labor list hand, stock handler, feed crew boss, and truck driver for various rodeo operations. He also worked for the Texas Circuit Finals and Copenhagen Skoal Superstars, supported benefits for injured cowboys, and was stock handler for the bull riding arena at Billy Bob’s Texas.
In 1984, the Texas Rodeo Circuit awarded Goose a special buckle for top hand.
